Dues Payment Instructions

You probably noticed a new homepage that asked you to Log In or Join Now.

  • If you have logged into the Members Only site before, click Log In.
  • If you are not sure if you have an account on the Members Only site, or you have forgotten your password, click Log In and then click Lost Password? located at the bottom of the screen. Enter your email address and click Get New Password.
  • If you see a message, ”Check your email for a link to reset your password” you have an account.
  • If you see a message” You’ve entered an invalid email address” you do not have an account, click “Join Now” at the bottom of the screen.

Logged in? You will be redirected to a new page “Register or Renew Membership”.

There are three options, two for Career Chiefs and one for Volunteer Chiefs. If you are the only paid member of your fire department, you are still a Career Chief.

Regardless of category, the next page will give you four options to choose from. If you are “the” Fire Chief, choose the Fire Chief option to input additional department information. The FCABC uses this information to better serve our members and target specific information to selected users. If you are a Deputy or Assistant Chief, etc. choose Additional Chief Officer.

If you have logged in before, your username and First and Last Names will be populated for you. Please complete the rest of the form and Choose Your Payment Method

When you click Submit, you will be directed to the Membership Confirmation page.  You will be emailed an invoice and if you paid by credit card, a receipt. You can click Print on the right side of the screen to print an invoice to submit for payment or to print a receipt if you paid by credit card.

Click My Account in the menu and you can change your own password, update your information (Edit Profile) and see your payment history (click the date for the Invoice page). You can also print your own Membership Card by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

Special instructions for Admin Assistants and others that pay dues on behalf of a member:

The FCABC collects important fire department information that needs to be completed, usually by the Fire Chief. For this reason, we highly recommend that the Fire Chief log in and complete their dues payment.

For additional Chief Officers, please email admin@fcabc.ca with the names and email addresses of the Chief Officers you want to pay dues for along with their Membership Level* and we will email you a payment link.

*Membership Level
Volunteer Chief – a Volunteer Chief Officer does not derive their primary income from the fire department, it also includes a part time chief
Career Chief – a Career Chief Officer derives their primary income from the fire department.
Please advise if they also pay the Career Sector surcharge.
Zone 4 Chief – Members in Zone 4 pay a $50 training surcharge – please advise if the member is in Zone 4
